Just purchased the car, the motor is race modified with dual 40mm Weber Carbs and other goodies. Can you please help me select the best match of Synthetic oil for my toy?

If you didn’t change the oil clearances on the bearing journals. Just go with the thickest oil that is recommended by the owners manual.
Normally I believe they would recommend 5W30 for most temps. But NOT to use 10W30 below 0 degrees F.
If you intend to run it at high rpm for extended periods of time, and it’s the summer, go with the 10W30.
It may read different for your car, but it explains all that in your manual, check it out!
