Start in kart racing. NOW. Get really, really good. then hope you’re noticed. Red Bull has a driver search program. The link is below
Kimi Räikkönen only had 23 professional races when he was signed by Peter Sauber.You don’t need a lot of experience, you just need to be really, really good.

Start with kart racing, and then move to Europe and participate in some junior formula such as Formula Nissan, Formula Renault, Formula Opel, etc. Then step up to F-3, F-2 (Formerly F-3000), and finally F-1. Normally, drivers would follow these steps. But if you are talented, there’s always some exception just like in the case of Kimi Raikkonen and Jenson Button

If you are mediocre you better practice a lot to improve. Watch for the Red Bull driver search. They go around the country to tracks looking for talent.
