I guess if you still got the passion then it’s perfectly alright. I mean, if this is a dream which you’ve been having for as long as you can remember, then why not get started on it and do some serious kicking (I mean, racing)? As long as you got the time and money to do it I guess. But not to dampen your spirit, just that perhaps if you want to work towards F1 level it’s a tad difficult? Those drivers they mostly start at the tender age of 3 or 4. But anyway, it’s wonderful to be able to follow your dream. =)

It’s never to late to start up motorsport, I would say it’s probably to late to get into Formula1 as the majority of them have been driving since they were 5 or 6 in Go-Karts You could always go down to your local Go-Kart track (if there is one) and have a look, get some advice, by this I don’t mean a business I mean an actual Go-Karting club.

Hm
Just a tad mate. For F1, if you aren’t the holder of a few karting titles by now an not even looking at GP2 then go into driver management. For DTM etc, give it a shot.

no mate, its way too late.
don’t take that direction, you’ll mess up your life, continue what you’ve been doing so far.
let’s leave it to the pros. you need to start karting at 7 or 8 to have any chance.

well did u ever race professionally? if the answer is no then its too late.. why? because no team will invest their money with a 20 yrs old beginner. the rather invest their money and time to a 12 yr old and see what future potentail he’ll/she’ll bring to the team.
but no one’s stopping to achieve ur dream, if u got a time and love sports car then invest now and buy a sports car then join ur local racing clubs, i’m sure you will learn a lot from them. i’m sure at 20 u will improve and develop your skills and be really good will u mature… good luck
