It was a programmers’ conference so they used T and NT, in honor of the historic problem on NT completeness.

i believe they used tannerite
basically ammonium nitrate and aluminum - but you can add titanium and zirconium hydroxide to make it more volatile
this is legal to use by adults on private property in a manner that does not endanger anyone - sale or improper use will get you arrested
once mixed these ingredients are no longer legal to transport! To be mixed at time and point of use
this will not detonate from a handgun, fire or normal impact - you need a high-velocity impact

They are shooting Tannerite and it’s available on Ebay! To actually try and make it yourself will be hard. To get the ingredients and everything just right, your better off just buying it already made. Email me if anyone wants some, I’m an authorized distributor!
