Intelligent EXEL answer PLEEEEEZE Help!!?
Hi Exel folks, I am late on a report, I am trying to copy a formula down a full columm say column B (about 200 rows long), I want to type the formula in say B1 and have it look like =A1+14 and have A1+14 appear in B1. There is a date in cell A1 so the B1 if A1 was Jan 1 then B1 becomes Jan 15, This part works. Heres my problem, I then want to take that formula in B1 and copy it to B2..B200 by dragging and dropping or cut paste and have the formula in b2 look like =A2+14, and =A3+14 etc etc, this part also works, but since there are different dates in the A column the resulting formulas in column B should be different too and basically equal =(Acolumn)cell + 14 and have it supply the answer,, this sheet is changing the formula ok, but is displaying the value from the original B1 result answer , I have never had this happen before and have been using excel for 15 years, I always type the formula once and copy and paste it through a range and it calculates appropriately………..See example below pllleeeeease help to tell me what control parameter or optional set up I need to change Mike

Hard to tell without seeing the spreadsheet, but you do have automatic recalc on? (If you hit F9 and the answer changes, then this was your problem)
