pretty close to 0 percent if you consider the formula:
number of F1 drivers (that’s 22 right now)

number of kart drivers (a bunch of millions?)
There are no women drivers at this point in formula 1, unfortunately. However there are women in other series like Danica Patrick in IRL. They seem to be very good karters because of the low weight and as we have seen in Formula 1 with Kubica, low weight might well be an advantage there too.

If, after karting, you go on to race in formula renault, then GP2 or formula 3000, you have a much better chance of making it.
Hamilton went from formula renault, to GP2, then to formula 1, but Kimi managed to go straight from formula renault to F1.
And unfortunately, there are no female formula 1 drivers to date but the time will come.
