at monza 1994. the driver was ayrton senna crashed and a marshall was killed at the trackside. dont know about a marshall crossing the track though

In 1994 Ayrton Senna crashed his car on the side of the race track. Dont know what happened to the track marshall but you can watch the video at.

beats the crap outta me…… Last F1 Death was Ayrton Senna @ the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix at Imola, but no Marshall died.
There was a pile up on the First lap at Monza involving Pedro De La Rosa in… 2000, which resulted in the death of a Marshall, but the drivers emerged unscathed.
In the wet Japanese Grand Prix of 1994, Martin Brundle span off and hit a Marshall, but Brundle was unscathed while the Marshall escaped with a broken leg.
In the 2001 Australian Grand Prix at Melbourne, Jacques Villeneuve got launched off the back of Ralph Schumacher’s BMW-Williams and span off into the Wall. Villeneuve survived, but the Marshall was taken out by the resultant debris.
