More talent? Sorry. I know he has fans on here, but he’s just not that good a stock car driver. He’s better on the dirt, though.

he’s been with all manufactures so its not the problem he has the will to win but he wont listen he need an attitude adjustment i liked him in indy card then he went to ganassi did not have a good run childress same result

What makes you think that Ferrari would sponsor Robbie Gordon.
They would want a proven winner for their brand, not a middle of the road driver like Robbie.

i think that if ferreri raced on dirt he would be unstopable.
robby is a helluva driver.maybe not on asphalt or concrete,but put him in a 1000 mile dirt race and it is almost a certain it will be a top 10 finish.
wish there were more robby fans on YA.
the guy has talent and the drive to suceed,but we all know that typically owner drivers dont do to well in the cup series……….if i am not mistaken it was ricky rudd won a race at martinsville as an owner and that was the last time,how long ago was that?

He needs more money, nothing more.. He is an excellent driver, and should applauded as one of the great owner/ drivers of all times.. Do you realize that DW would be called one of the greatest drivers, if he just hadn’t become an owner driver.. He was a great driver, but the minute he started paying the bills his chance at winning an eighty fifth race was gone.. Robby has it balanced just right, and now with Toyota supplying ready to go engines, and chassis he can really be competitive, without having to build a fifty million dollar shop, and hiring two hundred people..
Robby goes as fast as his wallet will allow, without living on peanut butter sandwiches, and that’s pretty fast.. For a racer as good as he is, takes a great deal of self control to not go all out, just because it costs too much..
NASCAR is the only racing I have ever seen that pays so well, you could finish last every week, and afford to eat steak three times a day, and drive your Ferrari to the store to get it..

pretty moot question since there is no chance that Ferrari will be coming to Nascar they have never made a stock car they have always been about the high performance side of racing.
