I was looking through F1 Racing and at the Did You Know of the Turkish GP report, it was stated that Massa was the 4th Ferrari driver in history to score more than 200 points. If so, who are the other 3?

Julian has them. Raikkonen needs another 47 points to join the 200 club.
Extra trivia:
In these days of 10-8-6-5 -4-3-2-1 scoring, modern Ferrari drivers hold 4 of the top 7 places in the “average points per GP for Ferrari” table, but they are interspersed with three all-time greats, who scored their points in times which were much harder:
Raikkonen 6.12 pts
Schumacher 5.92pts
Massa 5.16pts
Ascari 5.15pts
Fangio 4.71pts
Lauda 4.25pts
Barrichello 4.04pts
