That’s the value of the team, not the owner.

The value goes up with the number of teams (Red bull only has 2) and the amount of people and equipment (Red bull buys engines from Toyota and has no engine shop). The fact that they had never won a race before today lowered their value also. They have no money coming in from sponsors because the company sponsors their own cars. I seriously doubt they are worth 55 million unless Red bull sponsorship came with the team.
