When you say “Bar” do you actually mean the hospitality suite?
If so, it’s reserved for employees and families of Red Bull, other ancillary sponsors, team members, etc. Depending on the track, people invited into the suites are generally issued some sort of credentials - either by the track or, usually, by Red Bull themselves. There are usually people at the door (or tent entrance) checking. Sometimes you can slip in with the crowd, sometimes - usually - you can’t.
