He’s not the youngest, that was Alonso. He is the first black, however.
Hamilton is fourth on the all-time youngest winner list, if you count the 1952 Indy 500 Winner Troy Ruttman in the list (as the Indy 500 was part of the F1 World Championship at the time).

Lewis is the first black driver to win a Formula One race (in the Canadian Grand Prix). However, he is not the youngest. The youngest is Fernando Alonso, his current teammate in McLaren Mercedes.
