When we hear someone talking about “Ferrari” the first thing that comes to mind is money. Ferrari S.p.A is an Italian sports car manufacturer, this company started by sponsoring drivers and race cars and in its origins it was never thought of or intended to manufacture their own line of high performance/quality vehicles.

This company doesn’t count with the vast history other companies such as Ford count with but it nevertheless counts with an extremely high reputation, top quality standards and well known “super cars”.

Today, Ferrari is a symbol of wealth among those who possess such outstanding driving machines. Price tags on these vehicles as we all know, are equivalent to full mortgages and in some cases even more. This company has been known by its active participation in Formula One racing where it has earned great status throughout the years of success.

Ferrari owners are a peculiar folk. That is not to say that I wouldnt grab the opportunity to become one of them at the drop of a hat, but at the same time this is definitely a group of people who are about more than fast cars and fast cars alone. The people who really, deeply and passionately love Ferrari do adore the speedy races and amazing track performance, but in addition they care about the prancing horse, the strong powerful engines and all the things that make Ferrari stand out from the crowd.

The reason that Ferrari has such a strong collection of fans isnt because they have sold millions and millions of new and used Ferrari models over the years. Although they have done very well, sales are only really a contributor to their profit, and it is something else entirely that contributes to the mind-blowing and continuous success of the whole Ferrari brand. That something is Brand that indefinable and difficult to maintain marketing idea that actually has turned out to be a really important factor in keeping a company alive and well. Brand refers to their logos, their ethos, their products and in fact everything about the company that creates an idea.

I mean it’s pointless even if it’s good as those racing cars you see on TV because you can’t go that fast on your local road,if you were to,you’ll get a ticket and say bye bye to 500 bucks.
And you’ll have to dispose it once it gets old.

Bones asked:

Driving sports cars, like a Dodge Viper, Ferrari, or Lamborghini Diablo?

I had a dream were I had to choice either to drive in a race with a Viper or Ferrari; it seemed like the race was a Formula One race. In my dream I had a hard time picking which one, but decided on the Viper out of some kind of loyalty. The Viper was painted red, white and blue. It was a very exhilarating dream, I imagine much akin to the way some people dream about flying. I woke up very happy.

So, is this just a wish fulfillment dream? Or is there any symbolic meaning here?

I am a great fan of ferrari and Raikkonen, but the thing is the team and the pit crews have been making too much errors in last few races.Be it the engine halt of Massa and Raikkonen few races back , pit stop strategy errors to errors by the pit crew. Why did they have to bring Raikkonen at the same time as Massa in the pits yesterday? if they fueled Raikkonen heavier in the Q3.
