I’m going go-karting with a group of friends tonight & I’m just wondering if anyone knows if go-karting circuits typically ask you to fill in a form with health questions. I had an operation in April & I don’t know if that will mean I can’t participate cos of insurance purposes or something.

My husband has a shifter kart and no matter what he does he gets blisters on the heels of his hands. He has tried mole skin and first aid tape but it either slips off or rips out his hair when he takes it off. He has even tried adjusting the steering wheel but he still gets them. Is there something out there that we can buy or another technique he can try to avoid these blisters?

I want to start go karting, but im going to start driving an a couple of months and my dad says that it will just make me a more aggressive driver, and so are more likely to crash, so wont let me do it. So i was just wondering if he was right, and if anyone has any tips on trying to convince him.

Also it is coed and the ages range from 9(my friend’s little sister) to 14(the rest of the people)
